03/08/2022 ADA Compliance Officer

Ross, City of Santa Cruz

Here in Santa Cruz Risk is in the process of taking over the ADA compliance officer position.  I wanted to ask if anyone currently oversees ADA compliance at their City?  If so what training have you provided to the ADA compliance officer, to City departments, and to your City as a whole?  Do you have any resources that you can share?

Hi Ross. Risk is not the ADA compliance officer here. I believe that function is in Public Works but the building inspector.

Fortunately...City of Bakersfield does not have the ADA Officer in Risk!
