12/30/2020 ADAAA Field Training Manual

We have a citizen who has made it her mission to put the city on notice on ADAAA issues. She calls herself an ADAAA expert. She was a transient, however, a couple of months ago; she became a resident of Modesto. She perpetually drives to work zones in the city to ensure proper signage is placed during construction. Additionally, if the signage doesn’t address ADAAA issues, she immediately demands the job to be ceased.

The city is worried because she has gotten into verbal altercation with some of the field crews and threatens to contact DOJ and Caltrans regarding no pedestrian plan that meets ADA, CA MUTCD and Federal MUTCD during construction, no curb ramp, and no proper signage.

With that said, do any of you have an ADAAA field training manual I can adopt?
