We are currently looking at our claims management system and I would love to know which vendor you are using for GL claims as well as WC claims.  

Are you handling GL claims in house and using a TPA for WC? 

Your input is appreciated.

We handle GL in house (City Attorney's office) but George Hills keeps track of our losses for us and provides the loss runs.  We use a TPA for our WC program, and are currently with Sedgwick but are in the late stages of an RFP right now for 7/1/2023 and will be making a decision in the next few weeks, so that will change.

Hi Sheila, I think you are aware of this already, but for the benefit of the rest of the group... we handle GL and WC in house and use Ventiv.
