Has anyone had to declare a "major outbreak" as to COVID-19? Our Safety Manager just provided numbers that are approaching that line and there is discussion as to whether any other public agency has experienced this yet...

From the recent surge in cases, we continue to come close to the threshold without quite reaching it.

It appears that some of the larger entities (Los Angeles) may have exceeded the threshold last week.
