Hi all, our City Attorney's Office is asking if anyone has used e-discovery tools or is currently using them? What do you do in cases with a large volume of e-material? How do you manage it? Do you use systems like First Legal or another cloud-based e-discovery tools, or Outlook has an add on for this work, as well? Or do the legal firms that you use for outside counsel, where you do, provide this kind of service? We've done one-off work with First Legal for a specific case that we recently settled, but are wondering if we should invest in one of these tools in the long run. Thanks.
