12/30/2020 Sidewalk Claim

City of Santa Barbara,

We have a sidewalk trip and fall claim in active litigation. It has come to our attention that several public entitites received a subpoena to provide testimony and documents relating to the claim. Please contact me if your entity receives a similar subpoena or document request.

Anaheim has not had such a request. We do from time to time receive a Public Record Request prior to the filing of a claim. I know of no request as respects a Santa Barbara litigated matter
