Below are the results. I’ve attached specs provided or included the links provided. I’ve also included information from additional cities that Burbank typically surveys for salaries. Finally, our salary survey is also attached.  Thanks to everyone who provided information.

Anaheim – fully self-administered

Bakersfield – outsourced to AIMS; Administrative Analyst manages contract

Mountain View – outsourced to York Risk Services Group

Palo Alto – outsourced to York

Salinas – outsourced to CorVel

 Visalia – outsourced to Keenan and Associates

 

Garden Grove – outsourced to TPA

Glendale  – self-administer non-Police claims; PD claims outsourced

Huntington Beach (N/C) – outsourced to TPA

 Inglewood (N/C) – outsourced to TPA

Long Beach – fully self-administered

 Pasadena – they are in the process of moving to a TPA. Right now only about 70 claims or 10% are in-house and these are all older claims. All new claims go to a TPA.

Riverside – fully self-administered

Santa Ana – they were previously self-administered but as of 10/1/18 all of their claims are outsourced to a TPA.

Torrance – fully self-administered
